Our approach
Considered, private, and built around your life.
LMP Atelier is a small practice by design. I keep fewer clients, build longer relationships, and write programming genuinely intended for one woman at a time.
The philosophy
Support that adapts to you, rather than the other way round.
Most women arrive here having already tried the loud version of wellbeing: the programmes that demand more than a life can reasonably give, and quietly imply that anything less is a lack of will.
I work differently. The starting point is a proper conversation — what your days look like, what your body has been through, what feels good and what has never once felt like yours. From there I build movement and nourishment that fit into the week you actually live.
The result tends to be less dramatic and far more durable: strength that stays, habits that survive a busy month, and a relationship with your body that feels calm rather than negotiated.
Principles
What guides the work.
I begin with the woman, not the programme
Before anything is written, I listen. Your history, your week, your energy and what you actually enjoy shape the work — not a template applied to you.
Capability changes, and that is not failure
Some weeks hold more than others. I plan for that openly, adjusting intensity and expectation so consistency becomes possible rather than heroic.
Strength as an experience, not a scoreboard
Progress is measured in how you move, sleep, breathe and feel through a day — never in shrinking, streaks or punishment for a week that got away from you.
Nourishment over restriction
I look at food as structure, energy and pleasure, and I build habits that hold in real life — including travel, family tables and long evenings.
Privacy as a standard
Sessions, notes and conversations stay between you and me. Discretion is not a feature of this practice; it is the setting it takes place in.
Clear about my scope
This is not a medical service. Where clinical care is relevant, I work alongside your own doctors, physiotherapists and dietitians rather than in place of them.
“I don't ask a woman to become someone else. I help her feel at home in who she already is.”
Areas we support
Where I bring particular depth.
You don't need a diagnosis, a label or a specific life stage to become a private client — many of the women I work with simply want highly individual coaching. But for the women navigating something specific, I bring genuine understanding, not guesswork. Here's where I bring particular depth:
General Wellness — No Label Required
Many of my clients simply want an exceptionally individual approach to their strength, energy and everyday wellbeing — no condition, no diagnosis, no specific chapter of life required. This is a women's wellness practice first, and I built it that way on purpose.
Postpartum Recovery
Coming back to movement after birth looks different for every woman — it depends on your birth, your recovery, your energy, and often what feeding looks like for you. I build programming that respects where your body actually is, not a fixed 'week 6' template, and I always encourage working alongside your obstetrician or a pelvic health specialist as your foundation heals.
Endometriosis
Living with endometriosis often means capability shifts from day to day — pain, fatigue and energy don't follow a predictable schedule, however much fitness culture suggests they should. I understand this first-hand, and I build programming that flexes with you rather than expects consistency you may not have that day. I support movement and lifestyle habits alongside your specialist care — I don't diagnose, treat or replace it.
PCOS
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome can affect energy, metabolism, cycle regularity and how your body responds to both training and food. Rather than chasing quick fixes, I focus on sustainable movement and nutrition habits that support your hormonal health over time, developed alongside — never instead of — your doctor's guidance.
Hormonal Transitions (Perimenopause & Beyond)
As your hormones shift, so can your energy, strength, recovery and sleep. I adapt your programme as your body changes through this transition, focused on building strength and resilience for the years ahead rather than fighting the process.
